Major Renovation of Iconic Building Near Cuba Street

A major renovation is underway for a circa 1989 office building located near Wellington's vibrant Cuba Street precinct. This 11-storey building is being stripped back and modernised with the addition of fully non-combustible and fire-rated cladding, a requirement due to the change of use from commercial to residential.

The renovation features Indraplate PVDF aluminium cladding, Bilda Aluminium Cavity System, Technoform Thermal Isolation Brackets, and Rockwool Exterior Insulation, ensuring a durable, energy-efficient, and fire-resistant façade.
