Fully Non-Combustible Cladding Systems

These are materials that do not ignite or support combustion. They are made from substances that can withstand high temperatures without burning. Common examples include:

Metal Panels: Aluminum, steel, or zinc.
Ceramic Tiles: Fired at high temperatures, making them non-combustible.
Concrete and Masonry: Bricks, concrete blocks, and precast panels.
Fibre Cement Board: Made from cement and cellulose fibres, offering fire resistance.

Fire-Rated Cladding Systems

Fire-rated cladding systems are designed to provide a specific level of fire resistance, often rated in terms of time (e.g., 30 minutes, 60 minutes) before they fail. They may include non-combustible materials but also might incorporate other materials treated with fire retardants or designed to slow the spread of flames. Common examples include:
